 Parking

Parking is available at a variety of parking lots and ramps. Across Commercial St is the West 4th Street Lot, and connected
via skywalk is the Commercial Street Parking Ramp.

Parking on the Sullivan Brothers Plaza, sidewalks, or in the loading zone on Commercial Street is prohibited.

 Prohibited Items

For the safety of our guests, clients, contractors, and employees the following items are prohibited from being brought into the Waterloo Convention Center, or on the grounds of the Sullivan Brothers Plaza. Specific Events may have additional prohibited items which will be communicated via social media and on signage at the points of entry.

  • Outside Food and Beverage

  • Cans, bottles, coolers, large bags, or other similar containers

  • Professional video cameras, still cameras, and audio recorders (unless approved through facility management in advance)

  • Laser pens or other laser products

  • Air horns or noise makers

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Balloons

  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by management

 Smoking and Similar Products

The use of tobacco, vaping, or similar products within the Convention Center is prohibited. Smoking areas are provided outside of the side entrances on Jefferson Street and Commercial Street. Smoking is not allowed in any other area of the Convention Center facility or the Sullivan Brothers Plaza. Use of these products must be kept clear of the entry doors to allow others to pass unimpeded.
